Welcome to Imperium Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your enrolment in our professional development programmes: Foundation, Nexus, Shift, and Multiplier. By accessing our site or applying for a programme, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE
Imperium Academy provides high-level strategic education for HR professionals and business leaders. Our services include digital content, live sessions, and the proprietary "Architectural Toolkit".

2. ENROLMENT AND ADMISSION
  • Applications: Certain tracks require a formal application. Admission is at the sole discretion of the Academy to ensure a high-signal cohort environment.
  • Confirmation: Your place is only secured once payment has been processed and you have received a "You are in" confirmation.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT
  • Pricing: All fees are as stated on the enrolment page in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified.
  • Security: Payments are processed via secure, 256-bit encrypted gateways.
  • Taxes: Depending on your location, local taxes (VAT) may apply.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, including but not limited to the "Financial Spine" logic, P&L frameworks, and "Total Rewards Engineering" methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Imperium Academy.
  • You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own professional growth.
  • Prohibition: You may not redistribute, sell, or use our proprietary frameworks to build a competing educational product.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
  • Digital Access: Due to the nature of digital educational content, refunds are generally not provided once access to the course materials has been granted.
  • Exceptional Cases: Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase and prior to accessing the curriculum will be considered at our discretion.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Imperium Academy provides "High-Signal" insights and systemic frameworks. However:
  • Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
  • While we provide the "Architecture of Success," results depend on individual implementation and external business factors.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT
We foster a community of high-standards professionals. Any student engaging in disruptive or unprofessional behaviour within the Academy's private channels (The Inner Circle) may be removed without a refund.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be Berlin, Germany, provided that the user is a business (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
